Campsite Structures
For anyone planning to modify their camp structure, or planning to put up a new structure, see us first for approval. We must be provided with both the dimensions, and the location on the campsite where the structure is to be placed. Any new structures (or changes to existing ones) will need to be composed of only plastic, canvas, or screening above the four foot level. No structure should be composed of any glass.. All windows should be made out of plastic or vinyl. There should be no wooden siding or window coverings above the four foot height. All construction, other than repairs can only be done in the Fall. Any outdoor showers, or any water that gets discharged anywhere must go into a properly constructed drywell. No water is ever to be discharged directly onto the ground anywhere. Failure to check with us before undertaking any work project could result in the forced stoppage and possible removal of all unauthorized work that was undertaken..
General Conduct
Disorderly conduct, indecent language/behavior will not be tolerated.
Anyone destroying any property will be evicted immediately, forfeiting any previous payment. The parents of children will be held responsible for any damage done by them.
All sports equipment- tables, tarps, etc. are the property of the campers association and should be treated properly. Any person or persons marring or damaging any of the equipment will be held responsible to repair or replace the damaged equipment. The last person or persons leaving the recreation area at night will be responsible for turning off the lights.
No washing of any kind is permitted in the pond.
Children must not be unattended at anytime. No child should have an ax, knife, gun, matches, lighters, or any sharp objects at any time--for the safety of the children as well as for all campers.
Radios being played in the recreation area are to be kept to a reasonable volume, and must be shut off at curfew hours.
No one is allowed to enter or cut through the campsite of another camper, without that camper's permission.
Curfew
All unnecessary noise is prohibited before 9AM and after 10:30PM during the week and 11:30PM on weekends unless a special event has been scheduled. Children under the age of 13 are to be in their campsites by 9:30 PM. Teenagers under the age of 17 must be in by 10:30 PM.
Games that generate ongoing noise that travels noticeably throughout the campground must end by 9:00 PM. Examples of such activities are horseshoes, basketball, cornhole and any other games that typically involve an object striking another object, usually generating banging or clanking sounds.
Also, any spotlights or floodlights that shine brightly beyond a camper's own campsite, that are aimed such that they shine on and light up roadways or other people's campsites, should be turned off by 9:30 PM.
Pets
Your pet must be restrained and within your control at all times. If you are passing through Blueberry Hill or going on state side your pet must be leashed. Here’s the part that should go without saying – the leash must be in the hand of the person who has the pet with them, not dragging on the ground behind the animal. “Restrained” is the key word here. We reiterate, this applies to state side as well. Pooper scoopers should be used at all times for animal discharge--for sanitary purposes and comfort of all campers.
Dogs must not be allowed to bark continuously. Be considerate. Your dog's barking may not bother you, but it is sure to be bothering someone else around you.

This is to keep the area clear so that we can rake and clear pineneedles, sticks and leaves from the six foot area. Trees are not to be cut to obtain firewood.
